Pork: Our fresh pork is shipped in daily from our direct suppliers in Indonesia and Sarawak, so you can be guaranteed of the quality. We only sell 100% fresh pork, never frozen.

Chicken: Our Fresh Chickens arrives in Singapore the day before your delivery. They are processed and delivered to our wet market by 5 a.m. We only sell 100% fresh chicken, never frozen.

We have put in place rigorous quality control checks on all our products. We will not sell nor deliver products that do not meet our expectations.

We process and vacuum pack your items only on the day of delivery to ensure absolute hygiene and freshness.

While we will try our very best to accede to your requests, we seek your understanding that not all special requests will be fulfilled.

In a bid to be more environmentally friendly and to reduce plastic usage as a business, we shall only split each item into a maximum of 2 portions (for e.g., 500g of minced meat into 2 x 250g bags).
